Like they do every year, the Utah Highway Patrol conducted a DUI blitz over the St. Patrick's Day Weekend. Early on Tuesday January 1st, New Year's Day a Wyoming man was stopped in Coalville. The officer smelled alcohol on his breath and administered a breathalyzer test. The man blew a 0.089% BAC.
